Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are shipped from the nearest partner warehouse, so your parcel may come from our fulfilment partner.

Shipping charges

₹69 per order.
Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above (calculated after discounts).

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Most orders are delivered 5–10 days after you order, depending on your PIN code. Remote locations may take a little longer, and courier delays, weather or festivals can add a few days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by SMS and/or email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available right now.

Address and phone number

Please enter a complete address and a working phone number. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone, the order may be returned to us.
